We have the ability to provide a working budget to put together numbers for our Contractors to offer their Owner. We can take 25% process into the design and work through the process until permit set is issued. We provide a VE option as well as an Equal to option for all lighting fixture packages prior to bid to allow our Contractors to have the time to review and make the critical selections for their Owners.

With over 25 years in the multifamily market there isn’t an apartment style, build, size or complexity we haven’t seen and worked on. Whether it’s a tunnel form, hollow core, poured in place concrete or hambro style build. Down to the standard wood frame construction, mantle electric has the experience from start to finish of each style of design. Mantle electric will be on schedule from breaking ground to leasing.

Mantle Electric Inc has the ability to offer multiple Switch gear vendors with multiple products as well as Lighting vendors to facilitate a lower cost with our premium service. Whether it’s contracted with a general contractor, or an owner Mantle Electric will provide a premium product to assist with each and every project we are chosen to be a part of. Mantle Electric has a full-time safety administrator that visits our projects weekly to ensure safety is a top priority with the fast pace of the build. Mantle Electric has an open-door policy for all of contractors. You will not get passed on to personnel that does not have the answers requested or capable of making decisions without a drawn-out process.
